This product is a polyoxyethylene compound, used for antistatic finishing of synthetic fibers such as polyester, acrylic, nylon and vinylon. The surface of the fabric finished by it has good moisture absorption, conductive, antifouling and dustproof performance.

Features:
1. Good antistatic effect and has certain anti pilling property.
2. The finished fabric has good hydrophilicity and soft handle feeling.
3. It has good dustproof performance and comfortable to wear.
4. Low foaming property and good compatibility with cationic additives, especially when used in the same bath with water repellent, ally does not affect the waterproofing effect.
5. good antiskid ability of fabrics whose slipping phenomenon is common,such as lining.
Application method:
Ⅰ Impregnation: Antistatic agent SBA-800 0.5—2%(o.w.f)
Room temperature impregnation 15--20min(bath ratio is about 1:10),→dehydration→drying（100℃）→shape（170℃×40sec）
Ⅱ. Leaching process: Antistatic agent SBA-800 15—40g/L
Padding working fluid（pick-up 70~80%）→drying（100~120℃）→shape（170℃×40sec）
The specific process is based on factory samples, and can be adjusted as appropriate.
Packing and storage:
The products are kept in 125kg plastic drum,and are stored in ventilated and dry storehouse and avoid direct sunshine. The temperature for transportation and storage of the product is at 5-35℃. The shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of packing.
