Waterproofing agent BLJ-9171 is a fluorocarbon polymer. It can be applied to waterproof, oilproof and antifouling process of chemical fiber, cotton and its blended fabrics. It has good washability. Because of its non-ionic property, it can be used in special processing fabrics.

Application method (reference process):
Waterproofing agent BLJ-9171 is usually processed by rolling.
The concentration varies according to the material, organization and purpose of the processed fabric. The general concentration is as follows:
Recommended dosage:
chemical & blended fabric:
Initial requirements: BLJ-9171: 10~30g/L,
Washability requirements: BLJ-9171: 20~40g/L, BLJ-2840D:5~15g/L.
Cotton and cotton blended fabrics:
Initial requirements: BLJ-9171: 20 ~ 40g/L,
Washability requirements: BLJ-9171: 30 ~ 60g/L, BLJ-2840D:5 ~ 15g/L.
Processing conditions:
Varies according to the thickness and density of the processed fabric and rolling rate.
Process flow: dip and roll→ dry (100~120, 1-3 minutes).
→Stereotype (150~170 centigrade, 45-90 seconds)
The user can adjust the specific process as appropriate.
Packing and storage:
The products are kept in 125kg plastic drum,and are stored in ventilated and dry closed storehouse and avoid direct sunshine. The temperature for transportation and storage of the product is over 5-35℃. The shelf life of the product is 12 months.
