Application method:
1.Rope shaped J box equipment
Formula: refining agent BLJ-9102： 2~4g/l； Chelating mixture: 1~2g/l; NaOH ：15~30g/l
Impregnation temperature:60~80℃； pick-up:100%； Steam conditions:Treat at 100℃ for 7~20 minutes
2. Cone dyeing machine
Formula: refining agent BLJ-9102：0.5~1 g/l； Oxygen bleaching stabilizer:1~2 g/l；
Chelating mixture: 0.5~1 g/l； NaOH ：1~2 g/l； 27.5% H2O2: 3~6g/l
Bath ratio:1：10 ； Bleaching time: Treat at 98℃ for 45 minutes
3. dyejigger
Formula: refining agent BLJ-9102：2g/l； Oxygen bleaching stabilizer:3~5g/l；
Chelating mixture: 0.5 g/l； NaOH： 1~1.5g/l； 27.5% H2O2:4~10g/l
