Features:
1. CLINO HP-T is an good three-in-one additive for chelating pretreatment of desizing, refining and metal ions.
2. It has good oil emulsification and stain resistance, which can reduce dyeing accidents caused by pretreatment.
3. good oil emulsifying ability and is also suitable for refining process of spandex fabric.
4. It is good for penetrability, salt tolerance and alkali resistance. It is suitable for general refining conditions.
5. To prevent the unlevelling dyeing phenomenon caused by the residual oil, can obtain high value-added products.
Application method:
Wide range of temperatures for the use of CLINO HP-T. According to the type and pollution degree of the fabric, the dosage is 2 ~ 4g/l.
Polyester fabric
CLINO HP-T：3.0g/LNaOH(flake)：1.0g/L ,at the condition of 95℃,deal for 20∼30 minutes,then cool and wash.
100% nylon fabric
CLINO HP-T：2.0g/LNaOH(flake)：1.0g/L, at the condition of 90∼95℃,deal for 20∼30minutes, then cool and wash.
Spandex fabric
CLINO HP-T：2.0g/LNaOH(flake)：1.0g/L, at the condition of 55∼65℃, deal for 30minutes, then cool and wash.
* different types of spandex fabrics, there will be differences in the use of temperature and additives.
Packing and storage:
The products are kept in 125kg plastic drum,and are stored in ventilated and dry storehouse and avoid direct sunshine. The temperature for transportation and storage of the product is at 5-35℃. The shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of packing.
