BLJ-6643 is a kind of epoxy anti-alkali acrylic emulsion designed for solving the problem of salt-petering resistance about concrete and cement mortar. It is copolymerized by high quality emulsifier and special functional monomer with synthesis technology. It has small particle size, suitable viscosity, good strong adhesion, alkali resistance, sealing properties. It has good calcium ion stability, dilution stability, freeze-thaw stability, mechanical stability.

Properties:
1.Strong resistance to alkali and salinity, which can prevent wall surface paint from being whiting and discoloration because of salt petering.
2.Good adhesion to substrate.
3.Water resistance, impervious, water seepage steam which make wall breath and prevent surface paint bubbling and drumming because of the water vapor pressure.
4.Small particle size, strong base material permeability, good sealing ability.
5.Low MFFT, the film is soft and can resistant to cracking & weathering & ageing.
6.APEO free
7.Widely used in internal and external wall anti-alkali primer paint. Emulsion: water=1:1.
Packing and storage:
The products are kept in 50kg plastic drum, 160kg plastic drum, 200kg iron or plastic drum.
The products are stored in ventilated and dry storehouse and avoid direct sunshine. The temperature for transportation and storage of the product is 5℃-35℃. The shelf life of the product is 6months since it is packed.
