This product is suitable for Rapid and high-speed overflow dyeing machine. It is a low foaming and dispersing levelling agent used for polyester or polyester blended dyeing at high temperature.

Features:

1. Levelling agent for dye, dye mobility, excellent dispersion can maximize the leveling effect.

2. It can prevent accidents caused by foaming in Rapid (fast) dyeing.

3. No Fading (color) phenomenon, color reproduction is very good.

4. It can improve the solubility of disperse dyes, prevent initial flocculation and improve the overall dye homogeneity.

5. Make the dye dissoluble, and it can be used when stripping or repairing and redye.

6. No formaldehyde, in line with environmental protection.


Application method:

1.   It can be used as dispersing leveling agent for polyester dyeing.

Applicable to all kinds of high temperature dyeing machine, add ECOVINN DLEC according to the bath ratio after the dyeing liquid is heated to 60℃.

Referenced dosage:

ECOVINN  DLEC     0.2-0.4g/l

HAC                 0.5g/l

2.   use when stripping or repairing

     ECOVINN DLEC can be used as repair agent and stripping agent.

Referenced dosage:

     ECOVINN DLEC        1-3g/l

    

Deal with it for 30 to 60 minutes at the temperature of 130 to 135 ℃. If we want to re repair the color, we should drain off the waste liquid and rearrange the dye liquor to prevent it from failure of coloring due to the excessive use of ECOVINN DLEC.

The specific process is based on factory samples, and can be adjusted as appropriate.

Packing and storage:

The products are kept in 125kg plastic drum,and are stored in ventilated and dry storehouse and avoid direct sunshine. The temperature for transportation and storage of the product is over 5-35℃. The shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of packing.
