Features:
1.For all fabrics, especially high density fabric, the sizing agent has excellent desizing effect and desizing time is short.
2.No damage to fibers, excellent dispersing ability, and prevention of reattachment of sizing agent.
3. It has refining effect and prevents coloration and stain formation during dyeing.
4.It has metal ion chelating ability and does not need to use chelating agent alone.
5. Liquid phase, easy to operate, can be used in automatic drip device.
Application method:
According to the sizing amount or processing method of acrylic sizing agent, there are some differences. The general use amount is 1-2.0g/l
1. PET desizing
1）High density fabric: DS-200:2g/l NaOH（50%）：4g/l
2）Low density fabric: DS-200:1g/l NaOH（50%）：3g/l
2. PET/Nylon Continuous refining
DS-200:2-4g/l NaOH（50%）：3-5g/l
3. PET/COTTON
DS-200:2-4g/l NaOH（50%）：2-3g/l
Packing and storage:
The products are kept in 125kg plastic drum,and are stored in ventilated and dry storehouse and avoid direct sunshine. The temperature for transportation and storage of the product is at 5-35℃. The shelf life of the product is 12 months from the date of packing.
